The Role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Account Coordinator / Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who excels at both project coordination and hands-on social media management. You will work closely with our account managers, designers, and clients to ensure campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are met, and content is consistently on brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating marketing projects and campaigns
  • Manage social media accounts for multiple clients, from content planning and creation to scheduling and posting
  • Monitor social media trends, engagement, and analytics to optimize performance
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries for clients
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure all deliverables align with client expectations
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for creative content and campaign ideas
  • Maintain organized timelines and project documentation

Qualifications

  • Experience in social media management, digital marketing, account coordination or project management
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter)
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication in both French and English
  • Familiarity with tools such as Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive, and Canva
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for marketing and customer service
